Do you engrave jewelry?
Yes, we offer the option to personalize your piece with engraving. We can add an inscription of your choice (initials, name or date) The cost of personalization varies by piece and will be conveyed upfront. Engraving takes 2-3 days in addition to the shipping time.
Do you make custom pieces?
We love making bespoke jewelry designs for our customers. We can work with you to create a design that you desire in the metal or stone of your choice, and will provide you with the cost upfront. We can also customize a ring or bracelet to your size. Customized pieces need 3-4 weeks to make plus shipping time. We offer complimentary first class USPS shipping within USA and to Canada. Can I customize an existing piece?
If you love a piece but would like to customize it, please reach out to us at contact@preetisandhu.com to discuss the changes you wish to make to an existing piece within our product offering. Price differences for changes will be conveyed upfront as well as production time.
Will the piece(s) I purchase differ from what I see online?
Due to the handcrafted, small-batch production nature of our jewelry, occasionally there will be slight variations from piece to piece. Stones may vary slightly from the photographs as every stone is natural and unique. In addition, weights are approximate and may be slightly different based on the size you select. We are committed to sustainable practices and use conflict-free stones. All sourced diamonds follow the Kimberley Process.

We are committed to sustainable practices and use conflict-free metals. We are making strides in using recycled metal as well.
Where is the jewelry made?
All of our jewelry is designed in New York and made by artisans in Jaipur, India. Our artisans are part of our extended family, and they utilize centuries-old jewelry making techniques to keep the art of jewelry making alive and help their communities thrive.
How long does it take to get my order?
As our products are handmade in limited quantities by our artisans, we fulfill each order as quickly as we can. Demi-fine orders are fulfilled within 3 business days and fine jewelry orders are fulfilled within 5 business days of purchase. Please inquire about custom order fulfillment time. After fulfillment, the shipping time depends on the carrier. We are happy to expedite shipping upon request when possible. Can I find your jewelry in stores?
