Fulfillment and Shipping

As our products are handmade in limited quantities by our artisans, we fulfill as quickly as we can with each order. Our normal fulfillment time is within 5-7 business days of purchase.

Please inquire about custom order fulfillment time. 

Due to recent changes in tariffs and customs regulations, shipping may take longer than usual. We are working closely with our artists and producers to ensure your order is fulfilled as seamlessly and quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these new requirements on imported goods.

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

What carrier do you use?

We ship from the USA via USPS and UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all international deliveries incur a $35 flat shipping fee.

Can you expedite shipping on a piece of jewelry?

Shipping can be expedited upon request. Please note in comment section at checkout or reach out to us at contact@preetisandhu.com with your order number to let us know when you need the piece by and we will make every effort to expedite the production and/or shipment of your order. 

Do I have to sign for my package?

All orders above $250 are insured and require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to request insurance or signature for orders under $250, please note in comment section at checkout or email us with your order number.
